Hemp Events Keep You Updated on Industry News

As vaccination rates steadily increase across the country, a collective sigh of relief can be felt – and collective events are hitting calendars once again. After over a year of large gatherings not existing outside of the digital space, our “ins” with events that pique our interests may be a little foggy, but we’re here to help. If you’re looking to get back into the swing of things and rejoin the hemp industry in all its glory, check out these stellar resources for tracking events in your area:

The National Cannabis Industry Association
– The NCIA is a national collective of leaders from within the industrial hemp and cannabis communities, providing resources for others within the industry who are looking to connect and learn through their resources. While their scope is national, the association provides plentiful resources that are accessible through digital platforms, as well as a calendar of events which lists major industry events and where they are being hosted.

Hemp Industries Association
– Another nation-wide association, the HIA provides a more specific calendar of events centered around industrial hemp. With both webinars and seminars about rules and regulations on a state and federal level, the HIA aims to assist you in running your industrial hemp business better. Similar to the NCIA calendar above, the HIA does not filter their calendar by location, but does provide the location of the industry event on their calendar links.

HempEvents.org
– For broader horizons on hemp and other cannabis-related events, HempEvents.org provides a global calendar of events. The calendar which Hemp Events provides is user-driven, meaning that events vary in size from small to industrial, but provides little in the way of location-specific information. While events listed on the website do provide their location (including online resources), it is up to you to find events which are accessible to you.

Cannabis Business Times
– The CBT provides an expansive calendar of events for those interested in virtually any facet of the industry. The online calendar also provides an easy-to-use sorting option which provides either digital or in-person events view of the platform. While the calendar is curated by the CBT team, there have been events cancelled and not removed from the calendar before the event was held, so be sure to double check via the listed events official websites or social media posts!

CBDHempEvent.com
– For the ultimate resource of by-state, industry-wide events, check out CBDHempEvent.com. Designed for users, the CBDHempEvent site allows for state-by-state level searching, an open-source calendar, and a business resources tab to provide information from events you may not be able to attend directly to you via a simple click of your mouse.
